1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Habit (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms are between you and the developer; Apple is not a party to them.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App except as allowed by law.

3. Subscriptions (Habit Pro)

Habit offers an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks Pro features (including the ability to track more than the free limit of active habits).

• Price and duration are shown on the purchase screen inside the App before you buy, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Free trial (if offered): any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Restore: previous purchases can be restored from the paywall or Settings.

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple according to the Apple Media Services Terms and are not something we can issue directly.

4. Your content

Habit stores the habits and logs you create locally on your device. You are responsible for that content and for keeping your own backups. We do not access, store, or control this content on our servers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Habit is a personal productivity tool and does not provide medical, health, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all such warranties.
